Study on construction of core competence index system of nursing master's graduate with professional degree
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To construct the core competence index system of nursing master's graduate with professional degree suitable for China's national conditions. Methods: A total of 37 nursing experts were selected by Delphi method for two turns of questionnaires and were consulted about core competence that nursing master's graduate with professional degree should have. Results: Experts had a high positivity ,and the effective recovery rates of questionnaire were respectively 90. 2% and 100. 0%,the authority coefficient was 0. 89, and the consistency coefficient ranged from 0. 55 to 0. 80(P<0. 001) ,the difference was significant, this indicated that the coordination of experts' opinions was good. Index system for core competence with 6 terms of A dimension and 23 terms of B item was formed. Conclusion: For formation dimension and items of core competence index system of nursing master's graduate with professional degree,the opinions of experts are centralized and the results are reliable, which can provide reference for training program of nursing master's graduate with professional degree in China.关键词
