摘要

Abstract

In order to elucidate the response of the photosynthetic traits of soybean to space mutation,three soybean varieties (lines)of Heinong 48,Heinong 44 and Ha 2291 -Y were carried by artificial satellite in 2006 and the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) ,stomatal conductance(Cond) .intercellular CO2concentration(Ci)and stomatal resistance(Rs)from SP,to SP4generation were determined. The results showed that space mutation affected photosynthesis traits of soybean. The photosynthetic rate of soybean varieties by space mutation occurred different levels of genetic variation and the positive mutation rate were higher. Coefficient of variation among generations were SP2 > SP3 > SP4 > CK. Results suggested that space mutation could effectively create soybean materials with higher photosynthetic rate.
