摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause and clinical feature in open-ocular trauma with silicone oil dependency. Methods A retrospective study collecting 269 cases of open ocular traumas after vitrectomy and silicone oil infusion from January 2005 to December 2009 in our hospital, analysis of the cause, surgical procedure and prognosis in 21 open-ocular traumas with silicone oil dependency after vitrectomy. Results 21 eyes ( 7. 8% )of 269 cases occur silicone oil dependency after vitrectomy. Of 21 eyes, four eyes after silicone oil removal, there are still occur recurrent vitreous hemorrhage and proliferative membrane, the result is not good after filled with C3FB , then re-filled with silicone oil; 6 eyes were filled with silicone oil due to failure of retina replacement, another 9 eyes due to less residual retinal after 360 ° peripheral retinal resection, 3 eyes of 1 - 3-year-old children were filled with silicone oil a long-term because of the risk of recurrence of retinal detachment after silicone oil removal. At the end of follow-up, the visual acuity of 8 eyes were a feet to 0. 1, 13 eyes light perception and no light perception. Conclusion The rate of ocular trauma with silicone oil dependency was 7. 8% , the main reason of ocular trauma with silicone oil dependency were severe ocular trauma, especially the eyeball rupture with no light perception preoperative, lost of eye contents, hemorrhagic choroidal detachment, fewer residual retinal after 360 ° peripheral retinal resection and infants with low intraocular pressure.关键词
