宫颈癌病人生存质量影响因素分析
Analysis on influencing factors of living quality of patients with cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective:To describe the living quality of patients with cervical cancer,and probe into the influence of education level on it. Methods: A total of 471 patients with cervical cancer were investigated using FACT - Cx. All patients were divided into four groups based on primary school,junior high school,high school,and college or above. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to evaluate the influence of education levels on the living quality of patients with cervical cancer. Results: The FACT - Cx total scores was 118. 65 + 19. 72. There are significant difference in age, working status, family income, financial burden, medical insurance, and stage of disease among different educational levels. After correcting the influence of related covariates,there was statistical significant difference in the influence of education levels on scores of emotional dimension and functional dimension. Conclusion: The living quality of cervical cancer patients with different educational levels is different; the higher education level is the better living quality is. Health care workers should pay attention to identify the risk factors of living quality and carry out the targeted interventions.关键词
