Clinical analysis of posterior corneal surface after laser in situ keratomileusis using a Pentacam topography system

摘要

Abstract

Objective To analysis the changes of the height and the shape of posterior corneal after laser in situ keratomileusis use Pentacam system ( LASIK ). Methods 61 patients( 122 eyes ) who underwent LASIK were collected randomly. According to the diopter and the proportion of the residual corneal thickness to the preoperative corneal thickness ( hlation percentage ) ,the patients were divided into groups. The posterior surface was measured hy Pentacam hefore 1 months and 3 months after LASIK. Single factor analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis were used to assess the changes of the posterior corneal surface.Results The shape incomplete ridge and degressive of ridge were he mainly shape in the preoperative and postoperative,the proportion were 62. 9% .50% if:ci 33. 9% .31. 9% ,the shape of island and increas-ing of ridge were 8.9% and 4.8% ,and mainly in the diopter of ahove - 6.00 ;There were no significant difference among the different dioper and the different ahlation percentage in the height of preoperative osterior corneal( P =0.324, P =0.476 ),and had a significant difference after the LASIK( P < 0.05 ).There was also significant difference when the diopter ahove -6.00 and the ahlation percentage helow 55%( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The posterior corneal forword was dis-trihuted in the the diopter ahove - 6.OO,the ahlation percentage was controlled elow 55% and reduce the posterior corneal forword.
