摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK ) on retinal blood circulation by comparing and analyzing the ocular pulse amplitude ( OPA ) values before and after LASIK. Methods After measured central corneal thickness ( CCT ) and corneal curvature ( CCV ) by Pentacam system, 97 patients ( 185eyes ) which would be treated by LASIK operation were measured intraocular pressure ( IOP ) and OPA by the dynamic contour tonometry ( DCT ) before operation and one month after operation, Finally the statistical analysis were adopted to evaluate the measurement results. Results There was no statistical difference between the IOP values before and after LASIK ( P >0. 05 ), The values of OPA one month after operation were lower than that before operation and there had significant difference between the two group data( P < 0. 01 ). Before operation the OPA values had no correlation with the IOP values ( P > 0. 05 ),but they had positive correlation after LASIK ( P <0. 01 ). Both the CCT and CCV had no influences on the OPA values before and after LASIK ( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion The LASIK didn't affect the IOP obviously, but it could make the OPA value decline. The reason why the OPA value decreased needed further study.关键词
