Abstract
The same technique developed successively may have the similarity and potential intellectual property risks as the development of science and technology has characteristics of the inheritance and continuity. The 3-properties (timeliness, regionality and exclusive right) in a patent must be analyzed to make a reasonable research play for avoiding the risk of patent infringement. The key techniques and patent protection strategies on time domain and region were analyzed for the dielectric scanner, wireline formation tester and array azimuthal laterolog based on patent data studies of developing trend, citing or cited documents and patent family. Some suggestions of patent protection strategies are given to domestic well logging technology research and development work.关键词
