摘要
Abstract
Directing against the calibration of motorial parameters testing equipment, a double slider-crank mechanism was developed. Two variable frequency servo motors controlled the mechanism, to generate displacement, velocity, and acceleration, and these dynamic parameters were measured accurately. Date record and signal processing were completed by four-channel high speed data acquisition card and upper computer. Mechanical structure, control signal and measuring system were introduced in detail. An advanced feedback control method based on phase comparison was presented. The system has high measuring precision of velocity and acceleration, and the error is less than 1%. The system has high stability and repeatability.关键词
