摘要

Abstract

The activity of fluorescein diacetate(FDA) Hydrolase and microbial respiration were analyzed to study the soil microbial activity in different green lands. The result showed that the activity of FDA hydrolase in surface soil of the different green lands was: artificial forest > artificial grass and shrub land> pavement green land > green belt > artificial meadow > artificial bush land > flowers land. In the artificial forest and artificial bush land, the activity of FDA hydrolase and soil microbial respiration decreased with the increase of soil depth. The correlation coefficient (r) of FDA hydrolase activity and microbial respiration was 0. 9397, indicating that the activity of FDA hydrolase was positively correlated with microbial respiration. Both of them could reflect the microbial activity, but the activity of FDA hydrolase reflected the total microbial activity in the soil better.
