Utility of traditional visual electrico-physiology in lamellar keratoplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective Appraise the utility of traditional Visual electrico-physiology in lamellar keratoplasty. Methods Pre-operative visual electrico-physiology was performed in 100 cases ( 100 eyes ) with corneal opacity who underwent lamellar keratoplasty. Post-operative fundus examination was performed to evaluate the sensitivity. Results According to fundus examination, 100 patients were divided into two groups: group I with74 eyes without fundus changes and the results showed Visual electrico-physiology was correlated with fundus examination in 66 eyes; group II with 26 eyes with fundus changes and the results showed Visual electrico-physiology was correlated with fundus examination in 26 eyes. Totally, Visual electrico-physiology was correlated with fundus examination in 90 out of 100 eyes. Its sensitivity was 90. 00% . Conclusion Conclusion visual electrico-physiology is diagnostic and prognostic for patients with corneal opacity treated with lamellar keratoplasty.关键词
