摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the different reason for the vitreoretinal disease with vitrectomy surgery. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 97 cases ( 101 eyes ) of vitreoretinal disease which have undergone vitrectomy. 21 eyes were associated with high myopia, 16 eyes were associated with ocular trauma, 25 eyes were associated with diabetic reti-nopathy, 15 eyes were associated with past ocular surgery, and 24 eyes with other fundus disease or no particular reason. Results The follow-up time was from 6 to 12 months postoperatively , visual acuity were improved noticeably in 56 eyes, no obvious change in 33 eyes, worse in 12 eyes. Conclusion Vitrectomy surgery can be an effective method for the treatment of vitreoretinal disease caused by different reason.关键词
