早期环境干预对重型颅脑损伤病人功能恢复的影响
Influence of early environment intervention on functionalrecovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of early environment intervention on functional recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods: 25 cases of severe TBI patients treated from November in 2010 to May in 2011 were taken as the experimental group,and they accepted the early environment intervention,and 25 cases of severe TBI patients treated between January in 2010 to October in 2010 were taken as control group. They accepted the traditional treatment, care and rehabilitation therapy. The patients were evaluated about comprehensive function by using functional comprehensive assessment scale (FCA) at the moment of rehabilitation intervention, discharge, a month after discharge,and 3 months after discharge. Results: there was statistical significant difference in comprehensive function score at the moment of discharge,a month after discharge,and 3 months after discharge between experimental group and control group (P<C0. 05 or P<C 0. 01). Conclusion:Early environment nursing plays a good role in promoting the movement and cognitive comprehensive function recovery for severe TBI patients.关键词
