摘要
Abstract
Several key factors influencing on the booster tube for oil and gas wells were discussed in this paper, such as booster tube bottom thickness, the space of booster tubes, the charge density, temperature, the types of charge and the axial offset. The boosting effect goes better as the charge density increases in a certain range, but if this density is above a reasonable range, the boosting effect will go worse obviously. The thicker the booster tube bottom, the more attenuation of the explosion wave; and if this thickness is up to a certain limit, the tube will not be detonated. The larger the tube space, the less explosion energy the tube will receive, so, the tube will not be effectively detonated, too. After 160 'C/48 h higher temperature test, the booster tube space is clearly shortened to be 60% of that at normal temperature. When the time is 60 h, the boosting effect further reduces. The booster tube with Pb(N3)2 at the mouth and HMX at the bottom has better boosting effect than the tube that only has HMX. If the axial offset between the two tubes is above 6 mm, the tube will not boost, therefore, the offset must not be too large.关键词
