摘要
Abstract
Liquid chromatography method of high performance for the determination of l-glycine ethyl benzene Deng sylvite is established. C18 column is adopted with the mobile phase of 0. 01 mol/L phosphate buffer (containing 0. 2% triethylamine. Adjusted pH to 3.0 by 85% phosphoric acid) -acetonitrile's (5 ' 95.V/V). The detection wavelength is 220 nm. L-glycine ethyl benzene Deng sylvite hydrolyzed at pH 2. 0. Then phenylglycine is used as the external standard to calculate the content. A good linearity is shown in the range of 2 ~ 20 mg/mL (r=0. 999 9), and the recoveries are 96%~98%.关键词
