Abstract
In order to seek a fast and accurate method for simulating the dynamic response of closed vessel under explosion load, "LOAD BLAST", an explosion load model provided by LS-DYNA was used to simulate the load process of detonator blasting in spherical closeness container. For some characteristic points of a specific vessel, several equivalent stress time-history curves and the stress variation nephogram at different times were obtained. The deviation was small between the obtained results and those from engineering algorithm. Compared with the fluid-solid coupling method, the proposed load model reduced the number of grid by 80% and the computing time by 95%, and the computation precision can satisfy the project' s request. The method provided a shortcut simulation method for the intensity design of closeness explosion vessel.关键词
