纳米微胶囊的制备及其药物控释放性能的研究
Preparation of polymeric nanocapsules and its controlled-releasing function study
摘要
Abstract
To prepare nanocapsules with good permeability. Methods Polystyrene ( PSt) nanocapsules with liquid core were prepared by 60Co γ- ray radiation inducing miniemulsion polymerization, in which N-vinyl pyrrolidone ( NVP ) was used as polar monomer. 1 HNMR, TEM and UV methods were used to characterize the nanocapsules. Results 1NMR method verified that during the polymerization, graft copolymerization between NVP and PSt had taken place. Conclusion Increment of the amount of the surfactant and the ratio of St to NVP are advantaged for the formation of nanocapsules with good permeability.关键词
