摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the tissue culture and regeneration system of oil sunflower. [ Method ] With apical shoot of oil sunflower be explanls, this paper probed into the effects of IAA, 6-BA and AgNO, with different eoncenlralions on induction and differentiation of adventitious buds. And rooting culture, hardening seedling and transplanting were researched. [Result] The results showed that the medium suitable Tor induction and differentiation was MS + 0. 03 mg/L IAA + 1. 6 mg/L 6-BA + 6 mg/L AgNO,, the rale of induction was 76.7% , the propagation coefficient was 4 -5. The rooting culture medium was 1/2 MS + 0.3 mg/LNAA, the rooting rale reached 100% and the fibrous roots were more. Finally, the survival rale of seedling was 90% after hardening and transplanting. [Conclusion] Tne tissue culture and regeneration system of oil sunflower were established.关键词
