IL-23R基因多态性与汉族人寻常型银屑病表型相关性研究
Correlation of IL-23R gene polymorphism with some clinical features of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population

Abstract
investigate the potential association of IL-23R gene rs3762318 polymorphism and some phenotypes of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population. Methods Genotyping data and clinical data of 2 883 cases and 6 180 controls from our previous study were selected. Chi square test was used for comparing genotype or allele frequency distribution among the groups. Results The genotypic and allelic frequencies of rs3762318 in IL-23R gene were statistical significance between the cases and the controls ( Pgenotype =1. 92xl0-5, Pallele =2. 23 x 10 -5 ). There were significant differences in distribution of allele and genotypes between the pediatric onset psoriasis patients and the adult onset psoriasis patients. However, there weren' t statistical significance between the familial and sporadic cases, between the guttate and plaque cases. Conclusion The findings indicate that the genetic polymorphism of IL-23R gene( rs3762318 ) is associated with the onset, but not associated with family history and clinical type of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population.关键词
