摘要
Abstract
This research uses the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to determie ofloxacin content. With the 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as the resolvert 294 nm as the determination wave length, and the density of 2～12 mg/L. The extinction value and the density assume the linear relationship. The average recovery rate is 99. 5% and RSD is 0. 3%. This method is fast and simple in operation, and the result is accurate.关键词
