多批次小批量生产过程能力指数的贝叶斯估计
The Bayesian estimation of process capability indices for multi-batch and low volume manufacturing

Abstract
Aiming at the estimation deviation of traditional approaches for calculating process capability indices(PCIs)during multi-batch and low volume manufacturing, the process mean and the process variance of multi-batch and low volume manufacturing are assumed to follow the conjugate normal distribution and the conjugate gamma distribution, respectively, and by utilizing the theory of conjugate Bayesian estimation, the method for estimation of distributed parameters and the general expression for calculation of PCIs for multi-batch and low volume manufacturing, are proposed. This Bayesian estimation method not only eliminates the deviation in estimation of process parameters when only using the current sample with the low sample volume, but also enables the weight of current sample increasing automatically in estimation of process parameters while the sample volume of the current batch is increasing. The effectiveness and practicability of the PCI calculation based on Bayesian estimation for multi-batch and low volume manufacturing were verified by an example.关键词
