Abstract
The distribution of the electromagnetic field influences on the sensitivity and linearity of eddy-current displacement sensor for active magnetic bearings. An approach of parameters optimization for the eddy-current displacement sensor coil by using the software of iSIGHT combined with COMSOL Multiphysics is presented. The sensor model is established using AC/DC within COMSOL Multiphysics. The optimization model is estab lished in iSIGHT. The sensor model is called automatically by iSIGHT during optimization process. The param eter of the eddy-current displacement sensor coil is implemented by this method. The computing result shows that this method is effective and convenient and useful for engineering application.关键词
