Construction of TRAF6 truncated gene expression vectors and their influence in the NF-κB pathway
摘要
Abstract
To construct the tumor necrosis factor receptor associated factor 6 ( TRAF6 ) truncated gene eukaryotic expression vectors, and identify influence in the activation of NF-kB pathway. Methods Using polymer-ase chain reaction and gene recombination techniques, four fragments deletions were amplified and cloned into pFlag-CMV2 vector respectively. The activity of these deletions in the NF-kB pathway were explored by the method of luciferase activity. Results Successfully cloned TRAF6 truncated genes into relevant vector. They were named: Nl ,N2,N3,C1. Conclusion The TRAF6 can activate the NF-kB pathway by N3 domain.关键词
