Expression of Galectin-3 in the early mouse embryo implantation in endometrial
摘要
Abstract
study the expression and distribution of Galectin-3 and its significance in the mouse en-dometrium during early implantation. Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to detect the expression of Galectin-3 in mouse endometrium on day 1 ~ 5 of pregnancy and the un-pregnant mouse endometrium ( estrous stage ) were selected as controls. Results Galectin-3 was detected throughout mouse endometrial tissue, especially in glandular epithelial, luminal epithelial and stromal cells. With the increase in the number of days of pregnancy in mice, Galectin-3 expression also gradually increased and reached a peak in the implantation window period ( pregnancy 4 ~ 5 d ). Conclusion Galectin-3 is expressed continuously in mouse endometrium on day 1 ~ 5 of pregnancy. It suggests that Galectin-3 may take part in the process of blastocyst implantation in early blastocyst implantation in mice. Galectin-3 plays an important role in the identification process of the blastocyst and the endometrium.关键词
