摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable stage of vitiligo. Methods The vitiligo lesions in stable stage of 125 patients with 168 lesions were treated twice or three times per week by 308 nm excimer laser. The efficacy and related factors were evaluated after treated with excimer more than 20 times. Results The markedly effective rate was 52. 4%. The effective rate of the treated lesions was 88. 7%. The lesions on the face and neck had a better response to the treatment than those on the trunk or limbs. Conclusion The 308 nm excimer laser is safe and effective in treatment of vitiligo in stable stage and the efficacy is related to the anatomic sites. The efficacy may be concerned with the vitiligo lesions location, history of the disease.关键词
