Study on the Development Process of Leaf Bud in P.chinesis Bunge

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to reveal the leaf bud development process so as to find suitable budding period of P. Chinesis Bunge.[Method] There was studied in specimen garden of Agricultural University of Hebei in 2010 by collecting different development periods leafbuds with the method of conventional paraffin sectioning. [ Results ] The results showed that the development of P. Chinesis Bunge leaf budcould be divided into 6 periods, which were leaf bud primordium period, squama formation period, rudimentary leaf formation period, vasculardifferentiation period, vascular formation period and leaf bud primordium development period. [ Conclusion] Leaf bud developed completely onMay 10th, but the shoots hadnt lignified completely; from May 20th, the shoots lignified gradually and the leaf bud was suited for budding.关键词
