摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of cold rolling strip shape detection, based on the shape meter of entire roll type, embedded DSP signal processing hardware and software systems are developed. Using the high-speed DSP technology, signal isolation shielding technology and dynamic signal compensation algorithms, stability and reli ability of the shape detection signal are significantly improved. So the original shape signal of cold rolling strip can be real-time high-speed processed, reflects the real online shape conditions of cold strip to provide the sci entific basis for close-loop control. The system used in 1250 mm six roll cold rolling mill, and shape close-loop control of ultra-thin 0. 18 mm cold rolling strip is achieved, shape control accuracy within 61, and remarkable results are obtained in industrial applications.
