Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of traditional seal registration methods, in view of the inaccuracy and low speed in seal registering, there is a method proposed which uses radial template to match the circle seal in this paper. The method transforms the seal image data from two-dimensional data to one-dimensional data, and it remarkably reduces the calculation amount. The paper designs eight different frequency of radial templates. Firstly it computes convolution operation separately with the reserved seal and detected seal, and then it designs a criterion function by using the convolution results. Meanwhile it gets the best matching angle by calculating the minimum value of the criterion function. The experimental results show that this method can reduce calculations and increase speed, compared with traditional methods.关键词
