摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the effects of cigarette blends on phenol of mainstream smoke. [ Method] The phenol in mainstream smoke of cigarettes that prepared by different cigarette blends was determined through high performance liquid chromatography. [ Result ] Different tobacco leaf and the content of cut stem, reconstituted tobacco and expanded tobacco have significant impact to phenol of cigarette mainstream smoke. The content of phenol in foreign tobacco was higher than that in internal tobacco, and the content of phenol released in upper part of tobacco was the highest, followed by middle, lower minimum, while the influence of the content of 3 kinds of tobacco motioned above to phenol of cigarette mainstream smoke is according to negative correlation. [Conclusion] The phenol decreased regularly with the increase of the amount of 3 kinds of tobacco motioned above, the internal tobacco and the lower part of tobacco.关键词
