摘要

Abstract

This paper researches on monitoring of strains on weld and bolts steel structure during welding process .The start with,the numerical simulation of welding stresses have been carried out.Moreover,according to results of the numerical simulation,the onitoring of strains on steel structure during welding process system was established. The test proceeds as follow: design of measuring slot .sticking of Strain gauge, distribution of equipment wires, establishment of experimental platform, monitoring of testing process, post-treatment of experimental data. Results of test show that: during welding process of this structure, the top of stresses had created when eighth-pass of the upper weld were done;As accomplishment of upper weld,first line of upper flange length on bolts have created the top stress,the value of 45° main stress up to 187 Mfa,when the lower weld was done,the value of stress reduced to 163 Mpa, results of test are basically consistent with the numerical simulation.
