摘要

Abstract

MicroRNAs ( miRNAs) were noncoding BNAs approximately 22 nucleotides in length that played a key role in the regulation of important biological processes, including cellular development, differentiation, and apoptosis. miRNA silencing wasn't only an important tool used for researching biological function of miRNA, but also enable the diagnosises and treatments targeting for miRNA. A variety of chemically modified antisense oligonucleotides and the corresponding proposed system had been used for miRNA research.
