近红外光谱无损检测李果实硬度的研究
Research on the Non-destructive Test of Plum Hardness with the Method of Near-infrared Spectroscopy
摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] The non-destructive test of plum hardness was done. [ Method] The information of diffuse reflectance spectral on the varie-ty-Dashizaosheng was collected with near-infrared spectroscopy and through the analysis of the information its hardness was evaluated. The optimal model of near-infrared quantitative test of plum hardness was formed through after the quantitative model was established and optimized based on the excluding of abnormal sample. [Result]The results showed that the model established in the range of 4 000 -9 000 cm-1 and combined with the method of lineal differential subtraction was good precision and stability and its R2 was 0.770 5. [ Conclusion]The quantitative model could be used for rapid and non-destructive test of the plum variety.关键词
