不同产地广西莪术的质量研究
Study on the Quality of RHIZOMA CURCUMAE from Different Producing Areas in Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] to compare the contents of volatile oil and of germacrone in RHIZOMA CURCUMAE from different producing area such as Lingshan, Guiping and Guigang in Guangxi Province. [Method] The volatile oil was extracted from RHIZOMA CURCUMAE by steam distil-lation. The. Cuntent of germacrone was detenmined by high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC), and its chromatograph conditions were as follows: acetonitrile - water( V/V,70:30), flow rale of 1 ml/min, column temperature of 35 ℃, detection wavelength of 215 nm and sampling volume of 10 μl [Result] The germacrone presented a good linear relation between the detection concentration of 0.022 3 and 0.139 8 mg/ml. The contents of volatile oil and of germacrone in RHIZOMA CURCUMAE varied for different producing area. [ Conclusion] The contents of volatile oil and of germacrone in RHIZOMA CURCUMAE from Lingshan were higher than that in other 8 areas.关键词
