Abstract
Based on the analysis of high circumfluence, satellite cloud maps and disaster causes of 0908 typhoon "Morakot", this paper reveals that typhoon "Morakot" has the characteristics of complex routing, low speeding, long lasting, high intensity, heavy rainfall, severe disaster and twice landing. The compound systems of subtropical high tropical storm "Goni", tropical depression, and the special terrain of Taiwan island have important impacts on the moving path, moving velocity, intensity variation of "Morakot". At the same time through the analysis of storm surge elevation during typoon "Morakot" period, it can help summarize the forecast experiences, and provide references for forecast accuracy in the future.关键词
