Determination of Pb and Cd in Cyathula officinalis Kuan Based on Microwave Digestion-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract
[Objective ] The aim was to determine the content of Pb and Cd in Cyathula officinalis Kuan by using microwave digestion -graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Methods ] The samples were diluted with concentrated nitric acid (HNO3) microwave digestion; 10 μl 2 g/L Mg (NO3)2 ,2 g/L NH4 H2 PO4 and 10 μl 2 g/L NH4H2PO4 were used as matrix modifier; finally calibration curve method was applied upon the result. [Results] Based on the determination, rhicrowave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of Pb and Cd in Cyathula officinalis Ruan,the results indicated that RSD were among 4.5% -5.2% ,recovery rate were in the range of 96% - 107%. The content of Pb and Cd in Cyathula officinalis Kuan were 5.24 and 1.29 μg/g,respectively. [Conclusion] To determine the content of Pb and Cd in Cyalhula officinalis Kuan by using microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was accurate and satisfying.关键词
