Approach to transform relational database to semantic-rich ontology
摘要
Abstract
Large amounts of data stored in relational databases in network. How to make use of these data resource to build domain ontology is one of the tasks of achieving semantic Web. This paper developed a set of general transformation rules, especially analysed semantic on tuple information, combined with the selection of experts. On the basis of retaining and mining the relational databases' s sementic information mostly, it presented a systematic approach to OWL ontology construction from RDB. At the same time,used WordNet to enrich the gole ontology' s semantic. Finally, it realized the transformation by developing a system.关键词
