黄垂网不同发育时期肌动蛋白基因的序列分析
Analysis of Sequences of Arcyria obvelata in Different Period Based on Actin Gene
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The sequences of Arcyria obvelata in different development periods were sequenced and contrasted based on actin gene. [Method] DNA of young and mature A. obvelata was enacted and sequenced by molecular methods based on actin gene. [Result] The homolo-gy of the sequences of young and mature A. obvelata was above 99% , and the numbers of amino acid were the same. Among 19 kinds of amino acid,there was no Trp. The content of Ser was the highest,and the content of His was the lowest. [Conclusion] The amino acid content of young and mature A .obvelata was the same except Ala,Phe,Ile and Pro.关键词
