快速路网交通管理策略的环境效益仿真评价方法
Environment benefits evaluation approach for freeway network traffic management strategies
摘要
Abstract
This paper presented an environment benefits evaluation approach for traffic management strategies. The approach adopted macroscopic dynamic traffic network modeling method to combine pollution emissions model and total fuel consumed model with macroscopic traffic simulation model, and calculated the direct economic benefits of traffic management strategies in terms of fuel consumption savings and air pollutant treatment cost savings. Taking route guidance as an example, simulation results show that this strategy can reduce 0.858 of CO, 0.087 of HC, though increase 0.799 of NOX, simultaneously reduce 185 335. 166 L of fuel consumed, which leads to over 1 million Yuan in RMB. This approach is effective and can provide a support to traffic management.关键词
