聚己内酯型氟碳表面活性剂的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and properties of a new polycaprolactone fluorocarbon surfactant
摘要
Abstract
A new polycaprolactone fluorocarbon surfactant was synthesized through the reaction between polycaprolactone and 2,5-bis-(trifluoromethyl)-3,6-dioxaundecafluorononanoyl fluoride. FTIR and NMR are used to confirm the molecule structure and the thermal stability are evaluated by the thermogravity analysis. The fluorocarbon surfactant can reduce the surface tensions of chloroform, toluene and tetrahydrofuran to 30% ~50% of their orginal values. The influence to surface tension by molecular weight and polarity of solvents is also tested. The surfactant could be widely used in the painting, textile and leatherette industries in the future.关键词
