人类p53肿瘤蛋白的偏好性分析及其应用
Research and application of codon bias of human p53 tumor protein
摘要
Abstract
In order to study human p53 tumor protein further, this paper selected seven latest human p53 tumor protein mRNA sequences from GenBank, and analyzed their codon bias. It obtained the homology of the seven mRNA sequences by using MECA4.0 software. By analyzing and comparing their RSCU and QRSCU, analyzed the conditions of p53 mutated genes preference. The result shows that the method based on the classification of Quasi-amino acid showed its synonymous codon consistent bias more obviously, and p53 mutated genes preference use codons ending with c/g,and the result is certain significance to the research of its cancerous genes and cancer genes.关键词
