摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To screen out the easily-infected plants of Mehidogyne incognita. [Method] The infection abilities of Meloidogyne incognita to 5 different host plants (cucumber, tomato, eggplant, spinach and pepper) were investigated in greenhouse. [Result] The infection capability varied significantly from plant to plant. Root-knot percentages of cucumber and tomato were much higher than that of other three plants. The number of the 2nd instar larvae in the rhizosphere soil and the quantity of adult female and egg mass in root of cucumber and tomato were more than that of spinach, eggplant and pepper. [ Conclusion ] The infection ability of Meloidogyne incognita was much higher to cucumber and tomato than to other three plants, therefore cucumber and tomato were the easily-infected plants.关键词
