Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide and Lentinan on the Non-specific Immunity Function of Ctenopharyngodon idellus

Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to provide reference for the popularization and application of Astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan in the aquatic feeds. [ Method] Different dose of Astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan were added in the feed of Ctenopharyngodon idellus to analyze their effects on the non-specific immunity function of C. idellus. [Result] Compared with control group, Astragalus polysaccharide could increase lysozyme activity in serum, AKP activity in serum, SOD activity in serum, complement C3 content and phagocytic activity of leucocytes, decrease the content of MDA. But low dose of Astragalus polysaccharide couldn' t increase lysozyme activity and complement C3 content in serum. Lentinan could increase lysozyme activity in serum, AKP activity in serum, complement C3 content and phagocytic activity of leucocytes, decrease the content of MDA, but it couldn't increase SOD activity in serum. [ Conclusion ] Adding Astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan in the feed both had certain promotion on the non-specific immunity function of C. idellus.关键词
