和田茴香籽中黄酮类化合物提取工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
To optimize the parameters of the flavonoids from seeds of fennel by orthogonal design. The optimum extraction technology was 70℃and60%ethanol70 ml, extract time 2. 5 h. The total flavonoids contents are assayed by using spectroscopic methods with rutin as standard. The flvonoids content is 1. 58% at the optimum condition. This extraction technology is stable, repid, reproducible and suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in seeds of foeniculum vulgare mill.关键词
