粗糙表面的统计研究
Statistics on Rough Surfaces
摘要
Abstract
It describes the characterization of rough surface at first, and presents the altitude distribution of rough surfaces as binomial distribution under certain condition. According to the variety of roughness, it is discussed in detail with the features of attitude, cross-section area and relative density distribution of Poisson distribution surfaces and Gauss distribution surfaces. Primary analysis on the contact state of surfaces is performed, it is found out that the surface contact has a mutual penetration depth, based on which the surface contact area can be estimated.关键词
