广西农村科技信息化调查与分析
Investigation and analysis on the rural science and technology informatization in Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The present study was made for an in-depth understanding of current status of rural science and technology informatization in Guangxi, and to find out further requirements for sustaining its development for its effective application in rural areas. [ Method ]The service modes of rural science and technology information in Cuangxi and its existing problems were analyzed through on-the-spot investigation, discussion with related people and questionnaire survey around the Guangxi. [ Result ]The science and technology information in Guangxi was found to be distributed in rural areas in three ways, Le, through information service station, via agricultural technology service hotline 110 and through agricultural decision support system. During the course of development of rural science and technology informatization, some problems, viz., imperfect rural network infrastructure, weak consciousness about science and technology amongst farmers, and less effective integration of information resources and delivering modes, still existed. [Suggestion]In order to further promote the development of rural science and technology information service, some suggestions have been put forward which including improvement in training usefulness, broadening the information delivering ways, exploring diversified information service mode, clearing the functions of government information department, etc.关键词
