Abstract
The cultivation model oi sugarcane intercropping with soybean oners opportunity for profitable utilization of available land, water, light and other natural resources, and it played an important role in development and commercialization of sugarcane crop in China in terms of economical and social benefit per unit land area and effectively solve the contradiction of land competition between sugarcane and other crops. This paper summarized the current situation of intercrop production, cropping patterns, cultivation techniques and socio-economic benefits, etc., related to the sugarcane-soybean intercropping system. Further, for the development of sugarcane-soybean intercropping system, suggestions have been given for strengthening the future researches on breeding soybean and sugarcane varieties suitable for intercropping and standardization and mechanization of cultivation techniques in order to provide references for sustainable development of sugarcane intercropping soybean technology.关键词
