摘要

Abstract

It is possible to recolorize images by applying existing scribble based colorization algorithms for grayscale images, which omitting colors in original images. This paper presented a novel intrinsic-distanne-based recolorization technique using chrominance blending. It required less manual effort by taking full advantage of the original image. The scribbles were well relocated by propagating the user adjustments. And the dynamic weights adjusting policy for blending were explored which made the colorization result is no longer depending on initial position of color strokes. A variety of results indicate the proposed method works effectively and avoids a significant user effort.
