串联侵彻战斗部前级装药设计及试验研究

Abstract
In order to enhance the damage effect against reinforced concrete target,increase the diameter and depth of pre-damaged perforation and satisfy the requirement of internal blast of the warhead inside the target, three design schemes of stretching rod penetrators were presented for the precursory shaped charge. Using LS-DYNA3D program, the influence on the formation of the precursory shaped charge penetrator was simulated under the variety conditions of three shape of liner,Cu-liner and Ahiner materials and initiation way. The experiments of damage effect of the different penetrators against reinforced concrete target were carried out after selecting hemispherical liner and Kcharge liner of the shaped charge structure. The perforation and damage effect due to the different stretching rod penetrators with copper and aluminium materials was obtained. The final structures of jet projectile charge meet the needs of the tandem warhead for the perforation of the precursory shaped charge.关键词
