氮、钾配施对田七种苗质量及氮、钾吸收的影响
Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen and Potassium on Seedling Quality and Uptake of N and K of Panax notoginseng
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effects of combined application of nitrogen (N) and potassium(K) on seedling quality and its growth and nutrition status of Panax notoginseng. [Method] A pot experiment with randomized block design was conducted in field of Panax notogin-seng; the contents of N and K were respectively determined by kjeldahl method and flare photometer. [ Result] the combined application of ni-trogen(N) and potassium(K) was not significant impact on the seedling dry weight of Panax notoginseng, their total experession isT2 ＞T3 ＞ T5 ＞T4 3≥ T1; The main fresh weight for T3, T4, T2 was significant , their total experession is T3＞T4 ＞ T2 ＞ T5 ＞ T1; The uptake of N with per plant is T2 ＞ T3 ＞ T4 ＞ T5 ＞ Tl , in which T3 was significantly greater, increasing by 36.19% compared with the control; The uptake of K with per plant is T2 ＞T3 ＞T4 ＞T5 ＞T1, in which T2 and T3 was significantly greater , increasing by 38. 78% and 37.42% respectively compared with the control; [Conclusion] The combination of N and K fertilizer could improve the seedling quality of Panax notoginseng, and also increase the absorption of N and K.关键词
