摘要
Abstract
Taking the case of comprehensive harnessing project in the urban section of Chuhe River, funds risk in the design phase, bidding phase, implement phase and completion of settlement were analyzed, then discoursed how to conduct risk management. Last, it concluded that project risk existed objectivity, universality, contingency, variability and diversity. So it should use dynamic approaches to treat each risk in project, consider all of funds risk in project construction and control it well.关键词
