摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the best semi-bionic extraction technology of total flavonoids from RADIX WIKSTROEMAE. [ Method] Orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of extraction temperature ( A) , extraction time ( B) , solid-liquid ratio ( C) , and ethanol concentration (D) on the extracting yield of total flavonoids. [Result] Hie optimal conditions for semi-bionic extraction were; 70% alcohol, l:14(g:ml) of solid-liquid ratio, and extracting at 80 ℃ for 70:35:35 min for three times, the extracting yield of flavonoids under these conditions was 4.73%. [Conclusion] Semi-bionic extraction was applicable to extracting total flavonoids from RADIX WIKSTROEMAE.
